Privacy policy

This policy describes how Flowrise Digital Media, which operates the FlowRiseHUB brand, handles the personal data collected on flowrisehub.com, under Brazilian Law 13.709/2018 (LGPD).

1. What we collect

We collect only what you volunteer through the contact form: name, company, work email, app or website, MMP in use and the content of your message. We also record the IP address and the date and time of submission, for security and abuse prevention.

We do not run sign-up forms, we do not ask for sensitive data and we do not collect data from minors.

2. What we use it for

• Answering your enquiry and carrying the commercial conversation forward.
• Keeping a record of the exchange while the negotiation is active.
• Meeting applicable legal and regulatory obligations.

The legal basis is legitimate interest and, where applicable, the preliminary contractual procedures you requested (art. 7, items V and IX, of the LGPD).

3. What we do not do

• We do not sell, rent or transfer your data to third parties.
• We do not add your email to any mailing list without an explicit request.
• We do not use form data for media targeting.

4. Sharing

Your data stays with the FlowRiseHUB team and with the infrastructure providers the website and the email need in order to work — hosting and email service. Those providers process the data solely on our instruction.

5. Cookies and measurement

This website uses no advertising cookies and no cross-site tracking. Typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which exposes your IP address to that service when the page loads.

6. How long we keep it

Contact messages are stored for up to 24 months from the last exchange, unless there is an ongoing contractual relationship or a legal obligation to keep them for longer.

7. Your rights

You may request confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability or deletion of your data, and you may withdraw consent. Write to contato@flowrisehub.com — we answer within 15 days.

8. Security

The website is served over HTTPS, and access to received messages is restricted to the people who need them in order to reply.

9. Changes

This policy may be updated. The date at the top of the page indicates the version in force.
